SHIPPING POLICY
We offer flat rate shipping of $7 no matter what you order. Since our products are sometimes made to order please expect 7-10 business days for shipping out. You will receive a email with tracking info at that time. We also use the post office and fedex as our delivery companies.
RETURN POLICY
unfortunately due to our products being handmade to order we are unable to take returns, but if a product comes to you damaged please let us know within 3 business days and we will get a replacement out to you. This allows us to keep our prices low and stay in business.
PAYMENT METHOD
We take credit card, paypal and cash if in person. We are a secured site so your info is never saved.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We have wholesaled our candles, melts and lip butter since 2001. So we have a lot of experience in it. If you own a store please feel free to email us at unionhouseboutique@gmail.com for info. We do have minimums on our items and we will need your business address, resale tax ID and name.
